The Eros Keys™ – Service & Sales Agreement

Effective Date: This agreement takes effect on the date of completed purchase by the Client.

1. Overview

This Agreement outlines the terms under which The Eros Keys Educational Pte Ltd (operating as The Eros Keys™) provides goods and services — including retail items and access to the Art of Seduction course curriculum (“Services” and “Products”) — to the Client (“You” or “Client”).

By completing a purchase through our website or other channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below.

2. Services Covered

This Agreement applies to the following:

• Physical retail items sold by The Eros Keys™ 

• Digital course curriculum and related educational services

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon purchase via online checkout.

• Payment is processed through secure third-party platforms.

• All sales of digital content, online courses, and coaching services are final and strictly non-refundable.

 4. Refunds & Exchanges

Retail Products

• You may request a refund or exchange only if the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and receipts intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. 

• Claims must include photographic proof of the defect and be sent to [email protected] for review.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Digital Courses & Services

• All digital courses, downloads, and services (including the Art of Seduction course) are strictly non-refundable once access is granted. 

• Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

•  By proceeding with checkout, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to any refund for digital content.

 5. Disclaimers

• The Art of Seduction course and related materials are intended for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

• By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

6. Intellectual Property & License

• All content, text, videos, images, and materials provided through the course or retail items remain the intellectual property of The Eros Keys™. 

• Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

• Sharing, resale, recording, or redistribution of any course materials is strictly prohibited.

• Course content may be updated or modified at the discretion of The Eros Keys™ without prior notice.

 7. Privacy

By purchasing, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. Please review the Privacy Policy available on our website.

 8. Limitation of Liability

 The Eros Keys™ is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss,

• Outcomes based on your interpretation or implementation of course material,

• Delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

 9. Force Majeure

The Eros Keys™ shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or labor strikes.

 10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

 11. Acceptance of Terms

 By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms set out in this Agreement — including the non-refundability of digital products and services, and the 14-day return window for eligible retail items.
